Shipping Policy
When ordering with us, you agree to our shipping policy, which is part of our terms of service (which you must agree to on the checkout page).
Guaranteed Worldwide Shipping
We offer guaranteed worldwide shipping via EMS and DHL/FEDEX with tracking. You will be given tracking information, which you can use to track the delivery online.
We guarantee that you will receive our high-quality products in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we’ll replace it and reship it.
To ensure our guaranteed shipping policy, we will make the decision on which shipping method we’ll use to ship your order to you.
Please note that all orders are dispatched from our warehouse from Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat fee of USD $35 per order. Free shipping on orders over $500.
Shipping Process:
- Once we receive your payment, it usually takes 1-3 days (usually sooner) to process your order.
- Deliveries will take 7-10 working days via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or 10-20 working days via EMS. Once it is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to keep track of your parcel’s status online.
- Our replica products come with branded gift boxes, dust bags, authentication cards, and pamphlets (if applicable). There is no gift box for products over 30 cm in size. Not all brands have tags/pamphlets, so only send items that you can expect to receive with the original packaging.
Your Responsibility
1) To ensure that your package is delivered on time and received, please make sure your name and address are fully entered accurately. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We are not responsible for any incorrect information. If your package cannot be delivered due to you giving the wrong name/address, it is not our responsibility if the package is lost or returned. Please be aware that we cannot change the shipping address once the package has left our warehouse. As we are shipping replicas/trademark-infringement products that no shipping company will accept, please be aware that our shipping procedure is different from normal shipping procedures. Our company has a unique method for shipping orders that will involve various transit points. Therefore, once your package has left our warehouse, there is no way we can change the shipping address for you. So, please make sure to enter the correct shipping address on your order or checkout page.
2) If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you should contact the delivery carrier (your local post, DHL, or FEDEX) and directly address the issue . Luxury World is not responsible for packages that have been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as having been delivered.
3) It is your responsibility to have someone receive the package when it is delivered by the courier to your shipping address.
4) If your local post tried to deliver the package to your address but someone was not home to collect it, you must contact the delivery carrier and arrange for them to re-deliver the package or for you to collect it yourself. Please be aware that we are not responsible for returned packages that are due to you not being at the address to collect the delivery, or if you do not pick up the package at your local post office.
5) If your country’s customs is requesting tax payment and you failed to pay, and the package is returned or destroyed by customs, we will not be held responsible. Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages returned, lost, or destroyed by your country’s customs if you did not pay the tax. (Refer to our ‘Taxes/Duty Fees’ section below).
Please be aware that as we are shipping replicas, returned packages will be destroyed by either your country’s customs or our customs. So in the case that the points above (1,2,3,4,5) happen and the package is lost/destroyed, we will not be responsible.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-10 working days via FEDEX/UPS/DHL (or 10-20 working days via EMS) from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it may take 1-3 days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
Important Note
The shipping services we use are guaranteed by our shipping courier with 7-10 working day delivery via DHL/FEDEX, or 10-21 working days via EMS. However, there may be rare occasions when shipping companies or Customs may be overloaded with larger shipment/package volumes and delivery may be delayed due to that reason. Sometimes, delivery times may also be affected by political events and natural disaster occurrences.
As the packages are out of our control after they leave our warehouse, we do not have any control over how your country’s customs or local post/DHL works. If your shipment’s delivery is delayed, you can claim compensation from your local post/DHL for delayed packages and you can contact them directly for that.
If you choose to ship your order to a PO Box or a freight forwarding company/agent, we are not responsible if your packages are not delivered to them. You will have to coordinate with your PO box or freight-forwarding company/agent to collect the packages if the shipping courier cannot deliver to their PO Box or freight-forwarding address. Therefore, we strongly recommend you use your residential address as the shipping address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
We will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, but in order to protect our customers, Luxury World reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Luxury World reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive return history is indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Potential fraud or criminal activity.
Similarly, Luxury World reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Taxes / Duty Fees
95% of our clients do not need to pay any taxes/duty fees through our shipping method. We mark packages as gifts or low value to avoid customs, and our methods work 95% of the time.
Most of our clients do not pay taxes or duty fees. However, these things are controlled by your local government, and Luxury World cannot control the process.
However, if your parcel is marked by your country’s customs for taxes/duty fees, you are responsible for paying them. We have no control over these charges, so we cannot inform you of the costs as they may vary from country to country. It is not our responsibility if the package is returned, destroyed, or lost by your country’s customs because you refuse to pay the tax/duty fees.
In the rare occurrence that this happens to your package, please contact us so we can create a fake invoice with a low value so that the tax amount charged by your customs is low.
You can refer to your local import laws if you are unsure of possible taxation or legality of purchasing replicas. Luxury World is not responsible for this.
Parcel Seized by Customs
Sometimes, some of our parcels do get seized by customs. However, if your parcel is seized by your local customs (using our shipping method), We will reimburse 30% of the order amount and reship your order. No cash refunds.
